Every piece of calligraphy displayed in the Gallery has been individually hand-lettered by Duncan. Some watercolour backgrounds were painted by his daughter, Lorraine.

Please note that all commissioned artwork is individually hand-lettered, scanned at high resolution, then printed by digital means using Vivera inks and specialist Hahnemuhle paper. This combination makes each individual piece of artwork waterproof and lightfast for 200 years. The process does not compromise the integrity of the calligraphy.
